Sub: QUOTATION FOR CARRYING OUT REPAIRING JOB OF FLAT NO.A-3/1, AND A/5/2. SITUATED AT

BALMER LAWRIE HOUSING COMPLEX, SECTOR-39, NOIDA

Dear Sirs,

1] Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd (BL) is a Government of India Enterprise and is under the administrative control of Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.

2] We intend to get above job done in the Company’s owned flats situated at BL Housing Complex, Sector-39, Noida.

The details of jobs are given in the enclosed annexure A.

3] Sealed / closed quotations are invited from the registered bidders for carrying out the above job, subject to the terms and condition mentioned below.

In order to make an assessment and quantum of job to be undertaken, interested bidders / contractors may visit the flats wherein the above job is to be done, on a pre-decided date and time. For this purpose, they may contact Shri Suresh Gairola on mob.no.98184-39470.

The L1 bidder would be evaluated on the basis of total aggregate cost to be quoted. All bidders are also advised to enclose the break-up of aggregate cost to be quoted.

4] In case of any courier / postal delay in receipt of sealed / closed quotation, the Company will not be responsible and reserves the right not to consider the quotation. No representation of any bidder would be entertained in this regard.

5] After going through and scrutinizing the quotations to be received against this enquiry and considering the other factors, the successful bidder would be selected / engaged by the committee.

6] COMPLETION OF JOB

The above job has to be completed by the successful bidder within the stipulated and agreed duration,

7] The Company reserves the right to select / engage any bidder, and no representation would be considered in this regard.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1] Your sealed / closed quotations should specify detailed terms and conditions, which will be decided after mutual discussions. The quoted rates should be valid for our acceptance for a period of 60 days from the due date.

2] Your quotation should specify detailed terms and conditions, which will be decided after mutual discussions.

3] Your offer must accompany this enquiry duly signed and stamped on each page, as your acceptance to the

terms and conditions mentioned herein.

4] Responses from registered vendors alone will be accepted and that other interested vendors, who are

applying through Company’s Web-site, may seek to register with our office and subject to such registration being confirmed, they would be considered for the subsequent Tenders.

5] The bidders are specifically advised to note that the Company normally would not carry out any negotiations except with such parties who are the lowest bidder originally. As such, it would be in the interest of the bidder

to quote lowest possible rates.

6] In case a conflict of interest is arisen between the bidder and the Company at any stage during finalization of order processing, the Company reserves the right to reject the bids of the concerned bidder.

7] In case of any dispute is arisen during validity of contract, the same will fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi Court.

8] The Company reserves the right to relax any tender condition, if it is so desired.

10] Procedure of Arbitration

Any dispute or difference arising out of this Contract shall be referred for adjudication at Kolkata to a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman &Managing Director of Balmer Lawrie & Co Ltd. The fees of the arbitrator, if any, shall be shared equally by both the parties.
