Logic Staffing is on the search for an energetic, self-motivated and action oriented individual to join our growing team as an Onsite Staffing Manager. As an Onsite Staffing Manager for Logic Staffing you act not only as a recruiter, you are additionally tasked with the important role of maintaining our business partnership. The purpose of this position is to assist in strategic planning, strengthen the day-to-day communications, business activities and relationships with employees who are assigned to the client’s worksite. This role requires someone that not only thinks outside of the box, yet has true compassion and dedication for helping others while understanding business essentials. This role is not your typical Monday through Friday 9 to 5 position, you work to meet the obligations and needs of our clients. It may require you to be out at a work site at 3am or to stay late to help fill last minute orders. It is the nature of the business and we need any interested parties to understand this simple fact.

Logic Staffing specializes in light industrial, clerical and direct hire recruiting. We have two locations in the greater Puget Sound, one is located in Sumner, WA and the other is located in Federal Way, WA. Our client base spans throughout both King and Pierce County and is ever growing. This Onsite Staffing Manager position will be based in the South King County area serving a few of our clients based in that general geographic region.
Below is an outline of what we are looking for in the perfect candidate. Staffing industry experience for this position is mandatory, specifically onsite staffing management experience. Any applications received without industry specific experience will not be considered.
A Day in the Life of an Onsite Staffing Manager:
· Pre-screening applicants via phone and email. Ensuring that any candidates being considered for employment meet Logic Staffing’s specific hiring criteria.
· Conducting interviews with potential candidates. Using your analytical critiques to ensure we are hiring top talent that meets our companies and clients expectations.
· Onboarding employees – Conducting New hire Orientation & Safety Training. Covering both Logic Staffing and clients policies and procedures.
· Constantly recruiting applicants for current and future openings. Getting applicants to submit applications via our website or in person at one of our two branch locations.
· Administrative work such as answering phones, replying to emails and ensuring we are assisting all of our valued employees and potential employees alike.
· Daily tracking of employee time and attendance, ensuring employees hours of work are accounted for and submitted for weekly processing.
· Effectively coach, counsel or communicate existing company or client policy or performance concerns to Logic Staffing employees – either verbally or written.
· Perform conflict resolution between any Logic Staffing employees. Assist as requested by client when conflict resolution involves others besides Logic Staffing employees.
· Communicate either via phone or in-person with Logic Staffing employees of any shift or position change
· Analyze client performance reports and effectively communicate with Logic Staffing employees of any performance concerns or recognition.
· Maintain reports and open communications with Clients Operations personnel.
· Spending time out on the floor on a daily basis for the purpose of meeting with employees and client’s management team to understand their job performance, desires and concerns.
· Develop a strong working relationship with personnel and serve as their first point of contact while assigned to particular client site.
· Acting as a client liaison, assisting them with questions or problems. Ensuring we meet all of their staffing needs and determine any future staffing needs they may have.
· Ensure that all accidents are report on a timely basis and assist the Logic Staffing HR & Safety Manager and/or the Client Safety Department in the completion of the Accident Report and with any accident investigation if asked to do so.
· Fostering a working environment that is safe and professional
· Timely and prompt follow-up with Logic Staffing employees or management regarding issues or matters of concern.
· General office and administrative duties as assigned.
Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as seen fit.

This position is typically assigned to work five days per week 8 hours per day, yet it can be 7 days a week if our clients are working overtime. The scheduled start and end time may vary and Logic Staffing reserves the right to adjust the schedule accordingly to meet the demands of the business or personnel. Travel between the client’s locations and our two branch locations is mandatory. Logic Staffing does reimburse mileage driven for company business.
