Rules
The Centre reserves the right to refuse entry without assigning any reason to any person attending the Show or to any ground connected with the Show.
The Centre reserves the right to cancel any part of, or the whole of, the Show without prior warning. In the result of bad weather or unsuitable ground conditions, the centre will retain £10 Administration fees.
A charge of £5.00 per person will be made in respect of First Aid.
The Judges’ decision will be final at all times.
All objections must be lodged in writing with the Secretary within twenty minutes of completion of the class involved. A deposit of £20 must accompany the objection. The deposit will be refunded if the objection is sustained.
NO ENTRY FEES WILL BE REFUNDED; entries will not be accepted without the correct fee.
This competition will be run in accordance with PC dressage and show jumping rules 2016.
It is the responsibility of all competitors to ensure that their tack and dress are current and in accordance with PC rules. An effective body protector BETA 2009 Purple label is recommended for the S.J phase. Hats that conform to the following standards and with up to date PC tag must be worn :-
PASO15 1998 or 2011, VGI with BSI Kitemark, ASTM F1163 2004a, SNELL E2001 AS/NZS3838 1998' 2003 or 2006 and fastened correctly at all times when mounted.
Whips may be used in all classes
Spurs may be worn only with written permission from your Branch DC or Centre Proprietor
Commanders are allowed in all dressage classes.
Earrings studs and other body jewellery must not be worn.
No horses may compete under 5 years of age
DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS AT ALL TIMES WHILST ON THE SHOWGROUND.
Health and Safety
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. However, for these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents and must obey the instructions of the Judges, Stewards and Officials.
Legal Liability
Triley Fields Equestrian Centre nor the Owners of the land on which the Event is held accept any liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, riders, and spectators, any other persons, animals or property howsoever it may be caused.
Please do not muck out horseboxes or trailers onto any part of the showground and please put your litter in a bin or take it home with you.
