Include in here:
·  Any clubs you have taken part in
·  Any school events you have helped at
·  Positions of responsibility you have held (prefect, sports captain, form
·  Representative
·  School trips you have enjoyed
Experience of Work
·  Explain where you did year 10 work experience
·  Write about what you had to do whilst on work experience
·  What did you enjoy about this placement or not enjoy
·  Also write about other experiences of work you may have had, again
·  explaining some of the same aspects as for the school work experience
Out of School Activities, Interests, and Hobbies
Write about some of your outside school time activities remembering the whole document is to show your strengths. So do you help out at home, take part in community activities, belong to a group/club/organisation run for young people, do you enjoy sport either competitive or non-competitive, do you enjoy reading, playing music, listening to music (what type), do you belong to a religious group, do you do any charity work?

Write here about the possible future plans you may have:
·  What you might do at college
·  Possible careers you have thought about
·  General hopes for your life over the next few years
