This document is designed to be printed for use in presenting to any audience in any context by adding or deleting material as is appropriate.
The overheads can be printed and copied to transparency film for use on any overhead projector.
Parts of the syllabus may be copied, if desired, along with the glossary and the three "sales grid" work problems at the end of the overheads, to provide handouts for appropriate audiences...all up to the assessors/presenters discretion.
When you open this document in Microsoft Word, you might find that page alignment has been shifted, depending on the age and format of your computer equipment and software. Simply delete lines or change margins as needed to bring things back into line. As a guideline, the "overheads" titles should all be at the very top of the page. If you need to realign the pages, start with the first page and work down. Often, changes on the first few pages will impact the whole document and bring things quickly back into alignment.

School Tours and Civic Leaders PowerPoint slide shows - Microsoft PowerPoint 97
Three separate formats are available for both the "School Tours" and the "Civic Leaders" slide shows:
1) Manual - slides are not timed and must be advanced by mouse click or keystroke. This is so you may set the pace of the presentation on your own.
2) Timed - slides are timed for automatic advance. Slides may also be advanced by keystroke if desired.
3) PowerPoint Show versions - which are designed to be played on most computers, even if the computer does not have PowerPoint software. (These are timed presentations)
Size of slides, clarity and speed of graphics and speed of slide advance will all vary with the computer system you are using.
