Our Beer & Wine Open Bar will consist of the 8 beers and 6 wines listed in our regular open bar packages.
Wine and beer will be charge on a Consumption Basis:
$21.00 per carafe
$5.00 per bottle Imported Beer
$4.00 per bottle Domestic Beer
Beer & Wine Self-Service Package is subject to 7% State Sales.

Consumption Bar
The customer will select which beverages are to be served at the bar and a running tab of the guest’s drink consumption will be tallied and presented for payment at functions end. Drinks will be charged at the prevailing rates.
Consumption bar packages are subject to 7% NJ Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge ($75.00 minimum service charge)
Cash Bar
Our entire selection of Liquor, Bottled Beer and Wines will be available to your guests.
A bartender fee of $75.00 per bartender will be charged. There will be one bartender per 75 guests.
