Grade 3 Field Trip - Heroes
Dear Parents and Carers,
As part of our Heroes unit we are planning a field trip to the Fire Station in Tianjin. We will have a chance to learn more about how firemen are everyday heroes and ask questions to see the characteristics of a hero. We will go on Thursday 17 September 2015 leaving the school at 10:05am and returning by 12:00pm.
On the day of the trip, your child needs to bring:
· a water bottle
There are some extra seats on the bus and we welcome parents to join us. However, there are a limited number of seats available so it will be taken by the order of when the permission notes are returned. Please note that any parents who come along should also bring some form of identification – e.g. a passport – as they may want to collect your information when you enter the fire station.
A high AQI reading or bad weather may mean that the trip is postponed. Parents will be informed of this as soon as possible.
Permission notes need to be returned by Monday 14 September.
Please keep this letter for your information until after the day of the trip.
