June/ July 2016 Afternoon tea at the Cliffs Pavilion as a treat for COPES members

Sept 23rd 2016 Dinner dance. An exciting meal and dance at the Boatyard in Old Leigh.

{Tickets (£35 each) from committee members from July}

Sept 18th 2016 Walk for wards –A 5k sponsored walk, details to be announced. Raise funds for COPES.

Oct/Nov 2016 Pottery painting tea party at Clay Cottage after either the October or November coffee morning.

Nov 5th 2016 Impressions Accessories sale at coffee morning.

Dec 3rd 2016 Christmas bazaar.

Feb 2017 Curry Evening; Mar/April 2017 Theatre Visit

Our superb Raffle will be operating at most of these events, so if you have any business contacts, who would be willing to donate a raffle prize to COPES, to help our fundraising, please let any of the committee know and we can approach them, or you can do that on our behalves. We are always collecting raffle and tombola prizes and may keep some of these back for later fundraising events.

AND…….IT’S YOUR COPES, PLEASE LET ANY COMMITTEE MEMBER KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY IDEAS OR EVENTS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE ORGANISED, EITHER ON SATURDAY COFFEE MORNINGS OR AS AN OUTSIDE EVENT.

A Sad Farewell

A sad farewell to a much admired and loved COPES member, June. I’m sure we all join in sending our condolences to her family and friends. She was such a lovely lady, always a great supporter of COPES. We will miss her.
