Mailing list request
*There are two options available for handling mailing lists. One option is to have labels printed by Nebraska State Soccer and we will then mail the labels to you. The second option is for Nebraska State Soccer to send the file to a 3rd party vendor. Please note the list is only for a one time use and must be destroyed after being used by the vendor!
*Mailing labels are 8 cents a label for members and 12 cents for non-members. For non-members a $200 minimum is in place.
* We ask for two weeks to process each list
