(The first paragraph in red is if the customer has a lame water report) If it is in black or blue you need to change to what ever you are trying to do.

The following suggestions include an extensive research into your water report. We are happy that you decided to do a complete water report. We can now properly evaluate what we have to do to accomplish clean, nutritional water for your home/farm/business etc. We would have liked a more extensive report that would include a complete metal, mineral and bacteria report to be evaluated. If the report is not extensive enough that includes something like TDS, (include all not included items here) for example, is a very important component of the water quality. At your request we are continuing with the present report, as you feel it contains enough information for us to impact the water quality in a positive manner. This does not deter the work that we do to a major extent, at this stage of the game, however we strongly suggest a complete raw water report. I took out the line about taking a second water report because I thought we weren’t promoting a second report because it doesn’t tell the whole story – only the reduction of bacteria would be evident from a second water report) This process will allow us to see the progress that has been accomplished; also we will be able to rectify any situations that need to be resolved once we receive a proper report.

Let’s start with the dugout/pond if that is the source of your water. We are going to estimate the pond as holding about 2.5 million gallons of water at one time. With this in mind we are going to suggest you purchase a product called Open All and treat after the runoff season. Open All will treat at a rate of 1 gallon per 80,000 gallons of water. The information on Open All is included. The purpose is to treat the cause of any contaminant and keep algae, larva, etc. under control. Your dugout/pond is going to require about ___ gallons of Open All.

The cost for this is $______ for Open All and _____ Shipping

The next step is to inject the EWS Electrolyte into the water where there is high sodium. The EWS Electrolyte will balance out the high sodium with other electrolytes and negate the bad side effects high sodium.

We also suggest a static inline mixer be installed directly after the Electrolyte injection point to ensure proper implementation and mixing. If you have high pH and need the Electrolyte as well, we suggest either our PC-7 be mixed in with the Electrolyte or an acidifier of some kind be implemented at this stage as well and prior to the static inline mixer, The cost for this process is __________ If you have high iron or manganese we now suggest a Next Sand Filter at a cost of __________ (installation not included).

Now we need to consider sulfates, If you have sulfates we suggest that you definitely install a carbon filter as we are changing the form of your sulfates from a sulfate to elemental sulfur and need to take it out of your water, (note: the danger of not doing this is that you could end up with plugged water lines in the future. We will not take responsibility if you do not purchase a carbon filter). The cost of a carbon filter is _____________ (Installation not included). If you are using a carbon filter, we suggest a double injection of Oxy Blast. The first injection should be at 15-25 PPM before the carbon filter and the second injection site should be at the recommended level of _______PPM after the carbon filter.

if you have hard water, you may or may not need a water softener. The cost of the softener for your location is _________. When using filters, it is always better to backwash with clean water rather than raw water, however, it can get expensive and you may not have the room to accomplish this. If you want to backwash with clean water let us know so that we can get you the cost of a holding tank and proportional pump to accomplish this.

If the site for injecting Oxy Blast is outside, we need something that will protect the Oxy Blast from the elements. Oxy Blast is sensitive to the sun/U.V. rays, so if you are using a tarp we suggest a UV Protective one. In the summer it is a good idea to drill a breather hole on one of the bungs on top of the drum. The cover does not have to be anything fancy. As a matter of fact, some farmers have used a calf hutch to cover everything. The idea is to keep the sun and rain away from the drum and pump.

We also are suggesting to use CSP Dry for high TDS. This can be added directly into your Oxy Blast drum per our inclusion rate sheet.

We always like the idea of using an inline static mixer after all the products are injected. This would be an individual decision by you according to your budget. The inline static mixer is necessary when implementing a powder product that is mixed into a stock solution, however we like to see it used for all applications to ensure the best results. The cost of doing this for your specific situation is ___________.

We cannot anticipate the exact amount of Oxy Blast you will need. It has a great reflection on your water quality, the scaling on your pipes, etc. However, we can guess, from previous experience that have the same amount of water consumption and anticipate you will use __________ gallons every __________days. According to this estimation we suggest you purchase a ___________ Gallon Drum/Tote to keep your cost down. You could use more or less depending on your specific situation and usage, etc.

We have evaluated your water report. We are suggesting the following.

EWS Electrolyte

PC7 – Acidifier

Open All

Oxy Blast

CSP Dry

We also have a product called Septi Sol. Septi Sol is a manure pit/lagoon and septic field additive. Hog producers are using it for applying it into the manure pits and lagoons to reduce odors, solids and flies. It also acts as a treatment for the manure so it is more valuable when applied to the field. Please ask your dealer to give you some information on Septi Sol.

Safety procedures when using Oxy Blast, and what should I get.

1. You should always use Goggles and Gloves when handling Oxy Blast. These are supplied to you at no charge when purchasing a pump from your Oxy Blast dealer.

2. You should always use test strips to make sure your recommended PPM (Parts Per Million) are accomplished. Test strips are free when you purchase the pump from your Oxy Blast dealer.

3. A low-pressure cutoff switch is a good security measure. it shuts off the Oxy Blast pump when your well pump quits, but your pressure switch is still telling the Oxy Blast pump to run. These can be purchased with automatic resets.

4. Sign the form below and keep a copy handy and close to your barrel of Oxy Blast

5. Fill out the Pump Registration (when purchased from us) this is required for warranty to be honored and Fax to 1-604-648-9588 or e-mail to

6. Ask for MSDS for any product you get from your Oxy Blast dealer.

7. Ask about our 5% finders fee.

8. The PPM (parts per million) In a residence should not exceed 50 PPM- if you taste Oxy Blast it might be too high. Even though we have not seen this, If you are having an allergic reaction, shut it off and do not inject Oxy Blast until it is investigated further. In a dairy, poultry or beef cow operation, do not inject Oxy Blast more than 200 PPM. In a hog operation, refer to the usage rates on OB Rates and Advantages For Swine, if you do not have it, ask your dealer for it.
