WEX Card Cheat Sheet

WEX cards will arrive ready to be used, with the PIN number written on the sheet it is attached to.

Using Your WEX Card:

1. At the pump, swipe your WEX card.

2. Enter the mileage on the odometer in whole miles (no tenths).

3. Enter your ID number, which is the PIN number written on the ARI letter that came with your card.

4. Pump gas.

5. Save receipt.

Please note: If the card will not swipe, attendant must call for authorization 1-800-842-0071. If you encounter a problem and need customer service, please call 1-800-505-4939.

Important Guidelines:

1. Do not give your ID/PIN number to anyone except a station attendant or a Customer Service Representative.

2. Keep your ID/PIN number separate from the card in case the card is lost or stolen.’

3. Do not include tenths of a mile in your odometer reading. Accurate odometer readings are critical for vehicle tracking and reporting.
