Why we need you

The Fundraising Department at National Star have a programme of exciting events throughout the year and we are looking for volunteers to help with marshalling an event such Thriller Run or Star Cycling (see events).

What skills do I need?

We are looking for people with great communication skills who are able to use their initiative to deal with any incidents that may occur on the course.

How much time do I need to commit?

We need Marshalls for various events throughout the year, at a variety of times, however just a couple of hours could really help in the running of the event.

What support will I be given?

The experienced Events Team will be on hand to support on the day and you will be asked to attend a training briefing for a couple of hours before the event.

What benefits can I expect?

· Meeting new people

· The satisfaction of helping at an event from start to finish

· The opportunity to develop skills in areas such as fundraising and event management

Where will I be based?
