ISR9402 / Circuit ID is invalid / Circuit ID layout is in error (CKR on inquiry)
ISR9403 / No Such Object Instance / The circuit ID/ Verizon Service Order Number pairing does not exist
ISR9404 / System Error Please contact Help Desk / System Error Contact the Help Desk.
ISR9405 / Function Not Supported / The Customer type or circuit type is not supported.
ISR9406 / Too Many Work Requests / There are more than nine (9) work requests; contact the help desk.
ISR9407 / Not Authorized / A security error has been detected - circuit/owner mismatch.
ISR9408 / System Unavailable / The Host OS is not available.
ISR9409 / Unable to Route Circuit ID / The system is unable to route the circuit ID in the correct region. The circuit ID is invalid.
ISR9410 / “Please Call the Help Desk. An error was encountered trying to send to XXXX.” / An error was encountered trying to send to WFA applications. The errant accessor name will be placed in the XXXX field of the error message.
ISR9411 / “Please Call the Help Desk. An error was encountered trying to receive a message from XXXX.” / An error was encountered trying to receive from WFA applications. The errant accessor name will be placed in the XXXX field of the error message.
ISR9412 / “No output received from WFA. Please call the Help Desk.” / No output was received from WFA for the request.
