05 April 2016.

1. On 03 May 2016, this command will host the Federal Energy Conservation

Conference (FECC).

2. We have not firmly established the program’s agenda at this time. However, we expect that the conference will last two days and will include topics on heat conservation and solar power. See the proposed agenda enclosed.

3. Please review this tentative agenda and provide us the following information by

15 March 2016.

a. Topics you feel should be: (1) Added.

(2) Deleted. (3) Expanded. (4) Reduced.

b. Recommended changes regarding the suggested training times.

c. Recommendations concerning the proposed sequencing of topics.

Multiple instances of failing to properly indent paragraphs will be counted as one error. This is to ensure that failing to indent correctly for sub paragraph a, which would cause sub paragraph b to be incorrectly indented is not counted as two separate errors. Misspelled words would be counted in this manner also, failing to spell the word Sergeant correctly will be counted as one misspelling if there are additional misspellings of the word Sergeant in other areas of the MEMO. This pertains only to misspelling of the same word.

This rule does not pertain to incorrect punctuation, spacing after periods, colon, parenthesis, etc. Any missing portion of one of the three major elements will be deducted as follows:
