Underwood’s Classics Unit Wrap-Up
Every student must earn, at least, 100 points from below. You may earn up to 125 points. The additional 25 points will be granted as bonus points and added into the student’s overall 9 weeks grade. You may only use each one time (i.e. you may not do multiple “Show and Tell”s). Even if you do a 100 and a 33, it will only count as 125 pts.

This is your chance to do the research and present it to the class. Sign up n my class. There will be NO overlaps allowed. You must use and cite a scholarly, credible source. / Show and Tell:

There are so many things from the Medieval Period I have not had the opportunity to teach you this unit. This is your chance to find one of those things, do the research, and present it to the class. You must a visual (poster, PowerPoint, Prezi, etc). Cite a scholarly, credible source. / History Museum Tour:
Go to a history tour in Kentucky. It cannot be one you have done in the past. Bring back the ticket stub and, if you’re allowed, take some pictures to present. Find as many Medieval elements as you can. You will do a report of what you saw and learned to the class.
100 points / History Idol:

To help students in the future, I would like to have various games to use in reviews. Make a review game that I have not used in class, for students to use for the Medieval unit. You will have to use topics we have discussed in class and make the review fun. / Historical Prop:
One of the things that I think help students learn is a good prop. Pick something the Middle Ages and make a prop for it that I will keep in my room. All props must be approved prior to being made, so CHECK WITH ME BEFORE YOU MAKE IT. There is a sign-up sheet. Be ready to answer questions about what you’ve made. Research is involved with this.
