Welcome and Review of Meeting Minutes / ·  Review of the November 30, 2007 meeting minutes. / Approved – no changes.
CCSS Charge Review/Goals / ·  CCSS revisited their charge and continued discussions on goals for strategic and collaborative efforts between the hospital and medical school.
Sub-Group Assignments / ·  Sub-group topics were identified:
o  Clinical Research
o  Education
o  Space
·  Faculty, Information Services and Quality/Safety will be a thread on each of the sub-groups.
·  CCSS team members, who sit on other sub-committees, will provide an update each week on their other committees.
·  All levels of staff, including residents, will be engaged in the data collected for the final findings. / Sub-groups will be formed and meeting schedules determined.
Deliverables and timeline will be determined for each sub-group.
Framework / ·  CCSS will focus on aligning with the other workgroups while incorporating education and research into the scope, review and findings.
·  A review of member hospital needs will also be included in review. / Academic Mission Strategic document was handed out to all team members for review.
