SECURE_WIRELESS

Mac Connection instructions.

Bring up the Connect to a network by right clicking on the network icon in the system tray located in the upper right corner of the screen. Select secure_wireless.

Type in the password. The password/ network key/ passphrase is: ccsnisnowcsn

Click OK.

If you are a faculty or staff:

· Select CSN as the domain

· The credentials (username and password) will be the same as your email username and password.

If you are a student:

· Select STUDENT as the domain

· The credentials (username and password) will be the same as those which you use to access lab computers.

Click on Download Clean Access Agent 4.1.2.0

Click Download.

You will see this when the download has completed.

On your desktop, you will see this below.

Click on this file.

An application will extract this file below.

Click on this file and the installer will launch.

Click Continue.

Click Continue.

Click Continue.

You will see either Upgrade or Install. Click either to continue.

You may be prompted for your LOCAL user name and password to install. This is the account that you utilize on your Mac. Provide it and click Ok.

The installation progresses.

The installation has completed successfully.


IMPORTANT!

From this point forward, you will see this icon in the system tray of your system. If you click on this icon, it will ask you to authenticate to gain internet access. Going forward, you will only need to make sure you authentication using this icon to gain network connectivity. If you do not, you will be prompted to reinstall the application even if you have. It is important for you to logon before attempting to access the network from this point forward.

If you are a faculty or staff:

· Select CSN as the domain

· The credentials (username and password) will be the same as you email username and password.

If you are a student:

· Select STUDENT as the domain

· The credentials (username and password) will be the same as those which you use to access lab computers.

Click Ok.
