PLEASE NOTE:

Please clearly label all items with your child’s name. Also check regularly that your children have the necessary items for all classroom activities. Teachers may send home reminders throughout the year if a particular item needs replacing. If you are unsure about anything on the booklist, please ask office staff or the classroom teacher.

** VOLUNTARY CONTRIBUTION:

At Gympie Central State School, P&C and Grant monies are used to pay for class sets of texts, classroom resources, photocopying and laminating. This is part of our Social Justice strategy ensuring that students receive the best possible educational opportunities at a minimal cost to parents. The school plays its part in making quality education affordable for all; we therefore ask parents to play their part, so that all children are given the means to succeed at school. As such, we do seek assistance from parents in the form of a voluntary contribution. We ask families at the beginning of each school year to contribute a small amount towards paper, tissues and other miscellaneous items for each child. Please note that this contribution is VOLUNTARY and is NOT COMPULSORY, however your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
