Treasurer’s Report:

Approved minutes from previous meeting

Approved Financial Report

Approved a contract with the Auditor of State’s Office to perform GAAP Services for the T.V. School District at the anticipated cost of $17,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009.

Personnel Items:

Administrative:

Approved the creation of a Sports Medicine Director position at Tri-Valley High School and the up-dated administrative salary schedule as presented.

Certified:

Approved the request for FMLA unpaid leave for ten (10) days for Samantha Balo, Adamsville 2nd grade teacher. The dates are from April 30 thru May 13, 2009.

Granted a ten (10) day extended contract to Jean Lahna to be fulfilled between

June 12 and July 31, 2009.

Classified:

Accepted the resignation of Jonathan Walsh, special education assistant at

Dresden Elementary, effective at the end of the 2008-09 school year.

Approved a one year limited contract to the following personnel for the 2009-2010 school year:
