To the Common Law Grand Jury and all support people:
The solution has come to me that will enable us to enforce accountability against Public Servants who are aiding and abetting in the ongoing Judicial Fraud violating Citizen’s Natural Rights and Civil Rights.
There are only two (2) things that these Corrupt Public Servants Fear!
1. The Power of the Common Law Grand Jury -And-
2. The Public Commercial Liens
The Common Law Grand Jury will not have any enforcement if it refuses to learn to use the Public Commercial Liens properly.
While the government wants to call any Commercial Lien to be False that is filed against Federal Employees -18 USC§ 1521-
I do not know of any Law preventing the filing of Commercial Liens against Private individuals or Corporations.
So how is this an option and an open door that we may use to obtain Remedy from the ongoing Judicial Fraud?
As the ole suing goes:
? Follow the Money Trail to find the answer.
? What Money Trail - or - what is the Biggest Source of Money that fuels and feeds this Corrupt Judicial system?
? It is all the Private Corporation run Jails owned by the Judges and their shareholders.
In my case each jail that had incarcerated me has aided and abetted in the ongoing Judicial Fraud.
This makes each of them Commercially Liable right along with the Corrupt Judges.
In my Public Commercial Liens each party is severally and jointly Liable for all Damages.
I believe that if we place Commercial Liens against each private Jail Corporation -AND- the if the Grand Jury will enter these Liens into each County Public Records where the Jail is doing Business that we can shut the Money Flow off.
After filing in the County Public Records we need to present a copy to the
? Bonding or Insurance company that is providing Liability Insurance to the Corporation -AND-
? Demand that the Insurance company either pay the damages -or- Drop coverage for the corporation.
Without Insurance coverage the Corporation will be forced out of Business.
? because they must carry Insurance for their Transportation Department -Bldg insurance etc.
? Any bonding of Insurance company who refuses to Remedy the problem shall become an accessory accomplice pursuant to -18USC §3- for aiding and abetting in the ongoing Judicial Fraud
-AND-
Guilty of Rebellion or Insurrection against the U.S. Constitution. -18USC § 2383-
Now, the Insurance company becomes a conspiring party -AND- we file Commercial Liens against their assets and put them out of Business.
The Key to obtaining Major enforcement will be in identifying the Hard assets of each party, such as real estate etc. -AND- identify and annex this information with each Lien that is filed in the County Public Records.
Then a copy of these Liens needs to be presented to each Local Title Insurance company.
This process will lock down every asset we identify -AND- the party or Corporation will not be able to sell, trade or borrow against these assets,
? This is how Powerful this process in -And- is why the Federal Employees are fighting this case -AND- willing to Lie and commit Judicial Fraud hoping that We the People/the Public/the Beneficiaries of the Public Trust do not learn about and Expose their Fraud.
This process can Destroy the Corrupt Judicial system if enough Brave people will stand up together -AND- do the filings -AND- get this information out.
I have been willing to go to jail so that the Foundation of supporting Affidavits could be put in place to empower the Grand Jury.
I want to thank everyone who has stepped up to the plate and supported me in this process.
We owe this to our families and grandchildren so that they may enjoy future Freedoms as we have.
Let us stand together and we shall overcome this Great Evil that is oppressing our Natural Rights -AND- our Civil Rights as secured by the U.S. Constituton.
