This session will be the Unit B for the Leadership Development Program that will focus on the Learning Styles, Leading by Relationships, Leading by Effective Management and Administration, and Leading by Fostering Accountability, Commitment and Participation
Take into consideration when looking at who you will encourage to come, keep in mind the following criteria: Participants have demonstrated in their community ability to lead and a desire to further develop their potential. As well, participants have demonstrated a commitment to L’Arche reflecting a high degree of probability that they will stay in L’Arche. As always, selection of individual participants includes input from the Regional Council.
Please be aware of the responsibility to provide supervision to the participants who take the program. This involves the participants sharing their community and personal goals with the person to whom they are accountable. Both participants and their functional accompaniers should know this is an expectation.
Transportation to and from the Villa Saint Martin is the responsibility of the individual participants. We are unable to provide rides to and from the airport.
The cost of the program will be $775.00 CDN ($775.00 US) per participant.
Enclosed you will find the registration form. This can be filled in on-line at the L’Arche Canada’s website. Once you send in your registration letter feel free to book your flight. Please note that cheques for the sum are sent to L’Arche Canada at 1833, rue Sherbrooke Est, Montreal, Quebec, H2K 1B4. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
