To Change an Extension # on a IP Telephone Set

PLEASE NOTE: An Extension # being assigned to an IP phone must already be programmed in the telephone system as an IP extension. You cannot move an extension that is assigned to a digital/analog telephone to an IP phone. Telecom must change the programming of the extension first.

For Directory Purposes: A Telecom Work Order must still be processed for Faculty moves to different rooms.
