Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the processing of credentials for physicians and advance practice professionals through the NAH Medical Staff Services department. Position also includes meeting management, document control functions, visiting physician processing, medical student/resident processing and supporting the NAH Director of Medical Staff Services and the FMC Deputy CMO.

Education:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical staff services, credentialing, or provider enrollment – required

Associates degree or equivalent in related business field- preferred

Licensure/Certifications:

CPCS and/or CPMSM certificate required within 3 years of employment

Working knowledge of MD Staff credentialing software program- required

Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal context

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
