Village of Buckeye Lake Park and Recreation Commission

Buckeye Lake – WINTER FUN! The Village of Buckeye Lake Parks and Recreation Commission wishes to announce that Ryan-Braden Community Park is now open to the public for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. A special thanks to Mr. Bentley Austin, a local resident, who volunteered to carve out the trail with his snow mobile. The trail is located in and around the ball field and the picnic area. There is plenty of parking and a covered shelter to use for resting and to enjoy watching others ski. Anyone interested in learning how to cross country ski or snow shoe can call (740) 928-0141.
