The first session of meeting will start at 7:00 pm on the first day, and the final session will conclude after banquet on the final day. Dinner will be available before the first session, and dinner will be available after the last session.
If you have submitted an abstract, please be advised that we will notify you when the organizers have made their program decisions. This is typically 4-6 weeks after the abstract deadline. Abstract decisions will also be posted on our website on http://www.csh-asia.org/Abstract%20Status/abstractstatus.html as soon as they are available.

2. Transportation
Being a prominent city with rich historical and culture, Suzhou is easily accessible by air, train and bus. Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (SHA) and Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) are respectively 80km and 120km away from Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). 2.1 CSHA – Shanghai Airports Shuttle

Cold Spring Harbor Asia will arrange several schedules of free shuttles on the first meeting day from T1 Building, SHA & T2 Building, PVG to conference venue.
In order to better serve you and meanwhile also save the cost, we need you to notify us of your arrival time at the airport once you finalize your travel plan by filling a survey on http://www.diaochaquan.cn/s/19WK2. We will arrange the free shuttle schedules based on the info we collected a week prior to the meeting.
Please note that we are trying our best to provide the best service we could, it is however not practical that the bus schedule would fit precisely to everyone’s arrival time. Therefore please do check the website for the confirmed schedule before your departure in case you won’t miss the best fit shuttle bus for you. Cold Spring Harbor Asia will also arrange 1 schedule of free shuttle at the last day of our meeting from conference venue to T1 Building, SHA & T2 Building, PVG.

3. Visa
To apply Chinese visa, please visit the official websites of Chinese Embassies (http://www.fmprc.gov.cn/eng/wjb/zwjg/2490/) for the application procedure, documents required and other relative information. You’ll find the Chinese visa application form on our website, too. If you need a formal visa invitation letter of CSHA or the visa authorization letter issued by the local government, please contact and provide us the following info WITH a scanned copy of your passport: full name, gender, date of birth, nationality, number of passport. We’ll response to you ASAP. In addition, many countries have specialized travel agencies who can expedite the visa process, for instance: http://www.traveldocs.com/visas.htm, orhttp://visarite.com/. Please make sure to leave enough time (at least 1 month in advance) for your application.
