The Event: Swingtime is a cause-related marketing special event created by C & H Events as a fundraiser for the Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation. In its ninth year, Swingtime will continue to deliver international sports and media celebrities who are household names. These superstars donate their services to the cause to raise awareness and revenues for the Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation.

Among the celebrities who have supported this event are ATP superstars Andy Roddick, James Blake, Jim Courier, Todd Martin, Mardy Fish, Tommy Haas, WTA Tour tennis players Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Jennifer Capriati, PGA professional Brad Faxon, Former LPGA Great Jane Geddes, Olympian Bob Beamon, Blaine Wilson, Shannon Miller, Major League Baseball stars Gary Carter, Keith Hernandez, and Bill Gullikson, NFL legend Joe Namath, actors Robin Givens and James McDaniel, Sportscasters Rich Eisen, Linda Cohn, Brett Haber, and Mary Carillo, and all-time women’s tennis legend Chris Evert.

Swingtime has a unique format combining a round robin tennis pro-am, golf pro-am tournament and a tennis exhibition featuring tennis greats competing in three matches. This format also includes a

star-studded evening attended by the celebrities providing guests with guaranteed interaction with all the stars.

Swingtime provides companies and individuals with cause-related marketing benefits and a strong community association.

Beneficiary: Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation. The Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation, founded in 1995, assists brain-tumor patients and their families in managing the physical, emotional and social challenges presented by the illness by funding care and support programs. The Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation supports Cancer Alliance of Naples (CAN) as the local beneficiary of Swingtime. Among the many programs the Tim & Tom Gullikson Foundation has funded are:

§ Camp scholarships to children who are brain-tumor survivors to attend Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times.

§ Social workers and nurses at the American Brain Tumor Association and National Brain Tumor Foundation who provide free phone-line and Internet support to brain-tumor patients and caregivers.

§ Funding to train volunteer facilitators to provide patient and caregiver support to more than 2,100 global subscribers to The Healing Exchange Brain Trust’s online support groups.

§ A neuro-oncology social worker at the Kellogg Cancer Care Center at Evanston (IL) Northwestern Healthcare.

§ A brain tumor networking group at The Wellness Community in West Los Angeles.

2007 Field: Event Host Tom Gullikson will be joined by a field of current and past tennis professionals, including Mardy Fish, Todd Martin and Chris Evert, plus additional celebrities from sport, television and film. Additional players to be announced soon.

Format:

Tennis Pro-Am: Saturday, November 17, 2007 from 9am-Noon. Opportunity to play with and against tennis professionals, professional athletes and celebrities

Tennis Exhibition: Saturday November 17, 2007 from 1-4:30pm. Three matches featuring current and past ATP and WTA Tour players

Gala: Saturday, November 17, 2007 from 7-11pm. Dine with professional

athletes and celebrities. Gala includes cocktail reception, gourmet

dinner, silent and live auction and entertainment.

Golf Pro-Am: Sunday, November 18, 2007 from 9am-1:30pm. Each foursome plays with a

Tournament current or retired athlete/celebrity.

Awards Reception: Sunday, November 18, 2007 immediately after the golf pro-am tournament. Awards and prizes are presented to competition winners and champion teams.

Television: 90-minute show with title identification, billboards and commercial units for sponsors. Show will broadcast statewide throughout Florida a minimum of four times (three in primetime) with the opportunity to distribute TV show nationally. The 2006 broadcast has been aired 10 times to date.
