·  Evaluated and implemented an electronic clinical documentation management system – CALIPSO; Summer 2011.

·  Provided training to CDIS faculty and graduate students on the operation of CALIPSO, as well as with the revised departmental system of documenting clinical hours and competencies toward ASHA certification.

·  Introduced a clinical educator self-evaluation tool on clinical instruction strategies, for clinical supervisors to implement voluntarily to improve clinical instruction. (2011);

·  Departmental lead in maintaining Privacy and Security practices of our paper and electronic client medical records. Conducted audits each semester of current practices. (2010-present).

·  Redesigned the CDIS new graduate clinical orientation program to meet the challenges of orienting larger cohorts with a broad diversity of skills and academic backgrounds. Orientation is 4 days in duration and contains face to face and online training modules. (summer 2011; summer 2013)

·  Member, Program Review Self-Evaluation Study Committee. In conjunction with the Chair and one other faculty member, wrote the self-study for the Program Review which is scheduled in February of 2011. Spring and Summer, 2010.
