Job Purpose
To provide high quality training events that meet customer requirements in developing their employees within the UK
Key Responsibilities
1. To design training events to customer specifications and which meet current legislation and quality requirements
2. To deliver quality training events in professional at Tormarton Training centre and at customers’ premises throughout the UK, as required
3. To deliver assessment events in accordance with regulations and requirements of the relevant Awarding Body and which meet Tormarton’s quality procedures
4 Monitoring materials, plant and equipment for courses at Tormarton.
5 Working with the admin team and liaising with customers to ensure that all events are administered in a professional manner and meet customer requirements and expectations
6 To evaluate every training event to ensure that learner needs are met, customer requirements are satisfied and that delivery is in accordance with quality procedures, including bringing to the attention of the Centre Manager.
7 To actively participate in own CPD and training and development
8. To work with all colleagues to ensure the team is fully effective operationally and works together in developing the future business
