___ Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZones): An area where demographics

shows the labor surplus far exceeds the businesses needs for labors. The HUBZone program provides federal contracting opportunities for qualified small businesses. Such businesses that are located in distressed areas. Fostering the growth of these federal contractors as viable businesses helps empower communities, create jobs, and attract private investment. The program falls under the auspices of the US Small Business Administration (SBA).
