Suggested packing list for Georgia trip:

ü Camera (waterproof, disposable is best)
ü Baby wipes (put small pack in your backpack)

ü Poncho or waterproof jacket
ü Extra deodorant
ü Supplies in case “Aunt Gertrude” comes to visit you!
ü Spare undies (just in case!)
ü money for snacks (don’t forget the meal home)
ü Calling card or cell phone
ü Hard sided cooler (one that will not leak!) with drinks (at least 6 to 10 with screw on lids) and snacks (pack healthy stuff too like trail mix, dried fruit, granola bars). PACK H2O!

ü Tennis shoes for Canyon hike and Skidaway marsh walk (muddy places!)

ü Work with roomies and share hair dryer and other hair appliances (this will be very important for camping cabins as electrical outlets will be at a minimum) Febreeze (for your clothes), Lysol spray, etc.

ü Plastic bag for wet clothes(VERY IMPORTANT)

Day 1: Dress comfortably. If you choose to show up in pj pants make sure to pack shorts to change into before we arrive at the museum. Pack sunscreen, bug spray, extra socks, and deodorant.
Day 2: Dress comfortable and keep in mind that we will be outside all day. We will tour a working farm and a swamp. Please don’t worry too much about your outfit or your hair today. Today will be a good day for a ponytail or a messy knot. Comfy shoes would be a good idea for everyday!
Day 3: Beach clothes! Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and pack sunscreen and bug spray. Pack soap, deodorant, shampoo, etc. if you want to shower off on the beach before we load the busses and go to Savannah. There are showers near the beach to use (cold water only!) and you will be sandy and oily so you will probably WANT to shower. Pack undergarments and an extra change of clothes for after the shower. Don’t forget your towel!
Day 4: Today you will go to several different places including a Church and shopping on River Street.
Day 5: Lunch will be at the SCADD Café. If you have any
shopping money left, we hope to have time for more shopping at City Market on our way out of Savannah as we head home. If we do, don’t forget to save some money in case we stop for a meal on the way home! Our last day can vary so please be flexible if we need to change plans at the last minute.
