Students can log in to UCMe from the MyVCU Portal (https://login.vcu.edu/cas/login) and then click on “Advising Appointments”.

They will be automatically routed to their advisor’s UCMe appointment scheduling page:

To make an appointment, simply click the “Make Appointment” button!


Any time listed as “Open” is available...simply click on the “Open” time you want!


Once you have selected a time, you will see this screen—tell us what you need to see us about and give us a phone number where we can reach you...then click “Save.”


When you click the “Save” button, you will receive a confirmation screen with the date and time of your appointment. You will have the opportunity to cancel your appointment if you made a mistake.

You will also receive a confirmation email:
