Based on monthly evaluation of student progress for the month listed above, progress is unsatisfactory or the WSLP goals were not obtained. As a result, the following Student Success Plan (Intervention Plan) is being developed as a guide to more appropriately meet the student’s needs in obtainment of course and WSLP goals. Failure to follow this plan may result in the student’s withdrawal from the Spokane Virtual Learning program.
