What Am I Missing?

Directions: Analyze your current strength training program to determine at least one muscle group that is not getting worked as much as the rest. Then find a non-strength training activity that would improve this part of the body. Find a website that promotes this activity or sport and create a news story about it. Write it the story as if you were a sports broadcaster talking about this great sport or activity and all the benefits associated with it. (Note: This can be any physical activity and does not necessarily need to be a sport). Your news story should be at least three paragraphs in length.

Example:

1. Which muscles do you feel you work the least? quads, gluts, and calves

2. Name a physical activity, other than strength training, that would work these muscles? Basketball

3. Find a website that promotes this sport. Upward Basketball, http://www.upward.org/sports/basketball/recreation.
