MEETING FACILITIES & RENTAL FEES
Based on the anticipated guest room usage and meal functions in your agenda, our proposed meeting room rental is waived. The food and beverage minimum for this program is $25,000.
We are able to offer all meeting space in-house to host this program. Based upon the group’s preference, we have a few different options for space layout. Below is an example of 1 layout:
Ø Board meeting in Keeneland
Ø Leadership Meeting in Regency North
Ø Pre-Conference educational sessions in Regency North, Center, South A, South B and Conference Theater
Ø General Session in Regency Ballroom or 2/3 Regency Ballroom North
Ø Luncheon in The Spire or Regency South
Ø Breakouts in Regency North, Center, South A, South B, Churchill, Downs, Conference Theater, Belmont, Pimlico AB, Pimlico C, Gulfstream, and Hialeah.
Ø Exhibits in Regency Foyer (16), Park Suite (16), Keeneland (12), Kentucky Suite (10) and atrium (8)
