IF THE PARTICIPANT DOES NOT HAVE BASE ACCESS: The first and last name blocks must be completed as they appear on the participant's driver's license. Additionally, complete the driver's license number and date of birth blocks. Reply "No" in the base access block.
IF THE PARTICIPANT DOES HAVE BASE ACCESS: Reply "N/A" in the driver's license number and date of birth blocks. Reply "Yes" in the base access block.
UPDATE LOCATION DETAILS: The 26 Jun 2013, HQ AFMC and AFLCMC Small Business outreach event at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton OH 45433 will be held in Area A, Bldg 262, Rm C209, SARRIS Auditorium. Register participants may be escorted from the entry door to the SARRIS from 7:45 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. Participant sign-in is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the SARRIS entry area. Maps for gate entry, parking and building entry will be emailed to participants prior to the event. Watch for additional information to be added to this notice.
