To participate in Microsoft’s Shared Source Initiative Source Licensing Programs, your company must be headquartered in and plan to access source code from an eligible geographic market as defined in the Shared Source Initiative web page .

Enterprise Source Licensing Program (ESLP)

Note: Entrance into this program will result in only a Reference Grant with read-only access. Source code may only be used for the sole purpose of assisting in the support and development of internally deployed applications for the Microsoft Windows platform, and ongoing support of Microsoft Windows deployments. Source Code may NOT be used for the development of a commercial software product.

Program Eligibility Criteria (Must meet all requirements):

a) Describe exactly your purpose for requesting access to the source code:

b) Be an enterprise customer AND currently maintain 10,000 Windows seats under either:

• an Enterprise agreement

Note: Entrance into this program will result in only a Reference Grant with read-only access. Source code may only be used for the purpose of assisting in the development, debugging, optimization, and end-user support of hardware for the Microsoft Windows operating system.

Program Eligibility Criteria (Must meet all of requirements):

c) Be a Top Volume OEM for the Microsoft Windows OS

d) Currently maintain 5,000 Windows seats under either:

• an Enterprise agreement
