Senior Spirit Week
Themes
April 30: Fashion Disaster Day: Go crazy with your outfit and make sure it’s tacky! No jeans.
May 1: Super Hero Dress up as your favorite hero; wear your favorite cape and super outfit. Tights are allowed only if they are accompanied with knee length loose shorts on top. Jeans allowed.
May 2: Around the World: Ever wanted change your heritage? This is the perfect opportunity to experience other cultures. Dress as your favorite nationality and represent those nations. No jeans.
May 3: Fan day: Heat craze, Dolphin craze, and Marlins fever, this is the day to represent your favorite sports team. It could even be from our very own athletic sports teams. No jeans.
May 4: Royalty: Today’s the day for all seniors to flaunt their lavish and royal ways. Senior kings and queens exclusively talking to their own class not wasting their times on peasants (underclassmen). Be creative with your royal attire. Jeans allowed.
Lunch Time Activities
April 30: During both lunches the top 10 fashion disaster outfits will be modeled accompanied by the DJ. Female and Male winners receive a prize.
May 1: Who’s the best hero? During both lunch a mini obstacle course where two male and two female super heroes will find out who’s the greatest hero of them all.
May 2: During both lunches the salsa club and fusion dance troupe will perform dances Around the World, accompanied by a DJ.
May 3: No lunch time activities planed (Early release day/ take your child to work)
May 4: Dunk your sponsor! During both lunches senior class sponsor Mr. Andion will get into a dunk tank. Three tries to dunk him for $1.00. Open to faculty too.
Baby Picture Contest
Have teachers submit baby photos which are placed in a contest display. Students get an opportunity to guess and name as many teachers as possible.
Kiss a Senior Goodbye
As a goodbye to the senior class member, anyone can pay a dollar to write a message on a piece of paper to the senior of their choice during a specific class period. Then, during the period, the message is delivered to the senior, along with a small bag of Hershey's Kisses.
