Weekly Fees are billed and due on each Monday!

A late fee of $20.00 will be charged after Monday!

You may pay weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly but it must be in advance of the week/weeks they are attending or the late fee will be applied

If your child is enrolled in the Part-Time program or Half Day, they will follow the same holiday schedule as the Public Schools.

K3 & K4 Part time drop in

Part time and Half Day K2, K3, & K4 children may come during days that public schools are closed for a drop in rate of $20 per day.

Holiday Billing

All Preschool students bill year round. School age children are not billed during the week the public school is closed the entire week or during the summer unless they are drop-in‘s or enrolled for summer camp. Due to how Christmas falls each year we will announce when we will be closing and how we will bill each year for that time.

Tuition Discount for Multiple Children

There is a $5.00 discount for each additional child.

Late Pick up

The pickup time for Half Day is 12:00pm, Part Time is 3:00 pm, and Full Time is 6:00 pm.

You will be charged a late fee of $1 per minute per child you are late.

Hot Lunches / Breakfast and Snacks

Breakfast is served daily for children arriving before 7:15.

Lunch is provided daily for children ages 12 months and up. A menu is provided monthly. Morning Snack will be provided for Toddlers-K2. Afternoon snack will be provided for all Full time children.

·  School-Age Summer tuition includes all activities and field trips.

·  You will only have to send money if the children go out to eat during a field trip!

·  If your child is currently enrolled in our weekly daycare program and is planning to be here through the summer you will not be required to pay the$25.00 Summer Registration fee.

*There are no other discounts on tuition including days missed for sickness, death of family members, or split custody situations. Full time students bill year round. Part time, School Age, and Half Day students bill the entire school year. If the center is open 3 days or more a full weeks tuition will be billed. Children will only be pro-rated in the case of school being open less than 3 SCHEDULED days in one week. This does not apply to unforeseen weather events. Unforeseen weather includes but is not limited to hurricanes, tornadoes, ice/snow storms etc.
