Select Sole, LLC Names Tim Hawkins as CEO and President

Select Sole announced today that its board of directors has named Tim Hawkins to serve as the company's chief executive officer and president. Hawkins, 41, has served since October 2007 as a board advisor to the company.
Prior to joining Select Sole, Hawkins was President, CCO and CMO of Nautilus Fitness in Vancouver, WA where he led the turnaround of the largest branded organization in the fitness industry focusing on revenue growth, customer service excellence, operational efficiencies and manufacturing quality improvement. Prior to Nautilus, he was Vice President of Sales for Levi Strauss and Company in San Francisco, CA where he was responsible for developing and implementing rigorous selling and planning processes. He also held multiple sales and marketing positions at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA where he led the company’s beverage efforts with national restaurant organizations. Hawkins strengthened his depth in retail marketing in Madison, WI as Vice President of Advertising and Promotion for Famous Footwear, operating over 800 locations nationwide. He began his career in multiple sales and marketing roles with Rayovac, a battery and flashlight manufacturer, working with national customers and channels. Hawkins received a BA from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Ash Gupte, a Select Sole board member, said that the Select Sole board unanimously selected Hawkins based on his rich consumer products background, track record in leading complex organizations, as well as his strong executive and personal qualities.
