Section 2.2 - Equal Employment Opportunity Policy

The policy of CASA of Southwest Missouri is to provide equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants for employment in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Accordingly:

o We will recruit, hire, train and promote qualified persons in all job titles, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual preference, national origin, military or veteran status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, disability, age, and all other legally protected characteristics except where such status is a bona fide occupational qualification
