Hi Suzy this is Amy! I'm so excited I've started my MK business and I'm just getting started with my training. My sales director asked me to select 6 women who I appreciate and admire most in my life, and I chose you! Can I tell you why? (Smile & give sincere compliment).
One of the first things I'm learning as I get started is what questions people will ask me about Mary Kay, and I am wondering if you will role play a bit for my training? Great!
If she lives locally....
We will meet with my sales director at a Starbucks or Panera or somewhere like that. She's really great, and I'll even buy you a coffee! What is best for you? Day time or evening? It takes about an hour. (After she says daytime or evening, give options based on my schedule on the google doc & book it).
If she lives farther away and want to have her pop onto a 5 questions call...
It's super simple. I have a 15 minute hotline for you to listen to that shares my sales director's story, so you know who you are talking to! Then we will ask you five questions after you listen!! Do you have a pen and paper to take down the number? Great! The hotline # is 641.712.3900 and then you enter an access code 28888# to hear the message. You can listen on speaker phone while you're unloading the dishwasher or while you're driving to work. Then, do Sunday nights at 8:30 or Thursdays at noon work best to answer the 5 questions? Great! (Schedule a specific date.) I'll follow up with you before the call to remind you - just make sure you listen to the hotline first!
(Then, when you confirm that she listened to the call, give her the number for the 5 Questions call - 559.726.1200 429051#! It takes some follow-up and if you give her too many numbers at once, she won't call!)
If she's "techy" and would do best with a YouTube video....
