Turn room keys in to Tracy Baumgartner as soon as you arrive for service

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ü  Check-out time is 12:00 noon on Sunday. There will be a $50 fee per room for late check-out.

ü  Room keys must be turned in to Tracy Baumgartner before the Sunday morning service. She will be standing in the back of the Magnolia Room.

ü  Wristbands must be worn at all times at the facility, per LCRC. This is your meal, lodging and recreation pass.

ü  Please wear your name tags each day.

ü  Meal times will be strictly followed. All groups share the facility and everyone arriving at their scheduled times assures a smooth transition. LCRC cannot offer refunds for missed meals and carryout meals are prohibited.

ü  If you have issues, please contact Event Coordinator, Rev. Misty Swinney at 972-951-6011, Rev. Russell Swinney at 903-520-3652, or Tracy Baumgartner at 214-734-4231. Cell service is limited.

ü  Guests must park in the designated parking areas and be sure to observe the 15 MPH speed limit. Please do not drive or park on the grass.

ü  LCRC is tobacco and alcohol free. Smoking will result in a $200 fine per room.

ü  Rachel Whitley is our onsite nurse for the event. If you need assistance please call her at 817-714-8544. Please call 911 if it is a life-threatening emergency.

ü  Weapons, firearms or fireworks are strictly prohibited.
