Company logos and ads should be submitted as high resolution (300 ppi) as .jpg, .pdf, .tif or .png files. Publisher is not responsible for typographical or publishing errors.

2.  I get reimbursed for my ad, I will need something from you this year (evidence that I placed and paid for the ad). What will you provide me?

For ads on our social media site, we will provide you a screenshot of the final ad or post. For ads in the presentation, we will provide you a copy of the final presentation in .pdf. For the standing signage, a photo of the finished product will be provided to you via email. For the signature drink, a photo of the drink and the board showing your drink’s name will be provided to you via email. For all options, you will receive an official Longwood Rotary invoice specifying your level of investment and the ad selection you chose. If these options do not meet your need, please contact us, and we will work with you.

3.  What do you mean by “standing signage”?

We will have six, six foot by three foot tall full color standing signs that will highlight your company’s logo in strategic locations throughout the venue to maximize your company’s exposure.

4.  If I am choosing to have an ad in the Presentation, instead of my logo, what’s the right size or proportion?

If you have chosen the full ad option, please send us a PowerPoint slide with either your logo, or an ad designed by you (whichever is your preference). For the banner size ad, please keep the ad design to ½ the width of the PowerPoint slide, and full height. For the quarter page size ad level, please design your ad to fit 1/4 of a PowerPoint slide as shown below. Please see images below for illustrative purposes:

5.  How will the ad/logo on your social media site work?

Get exposure outside of the Gala with our new online option! For one month, your logo will be highlighted on our social media site. If your choice includes the one week highlight, your logo or ad will also be posted as an advert that will get more broad views. Both of these posts can and will be broadly shared, with links back to your website for even more traffic to your company.
