1. How does the structure and purpose of the federal, state, and local government in terms of ways they are organized to maintain order, security, welfare of the public, and the protection of citizens rights(e.g., federalism, the three branches, court system, jurisdictions, judicial process, agencies, etc.).

You need to identify the structure and duties of each branch at each level of government and then determine how the structure and duties maintain order, security, welfare of the public, and the protection of citizens rights.

2. Compare and contrast the federal and state constitutions in terms of the purpose and impact on individual, legal, and civil rights.

Look at the preamble of both, the organization of branches, and the level of detail.
