Today, the airplane is an important transportation that (1) carried people all over the world. This ability to fly in the air would not (2) had been possible if not for the Wright brothers. In 1899, after the Wright brothers had written a letter of request to a famous institution for information about flying experiments. After the institution replied and gave them the information, they then went on to design their first aircraft: a small glider flown as a kite to test their solution for controlling the craft.
