The Ministry of Justice has amended the forms listed to reflect a series of changes which the Legal Aid Agency will introduce on 4th August.

Following discussions with the Bar Council the Legal Aid Agency has introduced the new CF1A form. The CF1A form will be introduced on 4th August as an acceptable alternative to the existing CF1 form. Although use of the CF1A is recommended, it is voluntary. If the CF1A is not used in appropriate cases, then the current CF1 form must continue to be used because CF1 became mandatory for use in new cases which began after 2nd December 2013.

Subscribers to this range should only use these amended forms for applications made on or after 4th August.
