On behalf of Women in Safety Engineering (WISE), an ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers) Common Interest Group, thank you for considering your commitment to support WISE. Last year’s partners included Adele Abrams Law Offices, PK Safety, Monsanto, Travelers Insurance, SPAN International, Spectra Energy, UCI, UAB School of Engineering and Summit Training Source as well as ASSE Chapters from New Jersey, Gulf Coast, Central Florida, Wichita, Long Beach, National Capitol and Kitty Hawk. As a completely self-funded Common Interest Group, your contributions help fund the WISE Business and Networking Event, the PDC Networking Lounge at the Annual ASSE Professional Development Conference, as well as special WISE projects and initiatives.
WISE’s membership, both women and men, has continued to grow with each year of great service to our members, currently with nearly 1,600 paying members! We fully expect these numbers to continue to grow as we head toward the 2012 ASSE Professional Development Conference, a great recruiting opportunity that historically has increased our membership. By sponsoring WISE activities, you can expect to reach nearly every woman (and many men) in attendance at the PDC as well as those not in attendance, via the WISE webpage and LinkedIn (www.asse.org/practicespecialties/wise).
In order to accommodate a diverse population of partners, our multiple levels of sponsorship are outlined as follows:
Sponsor Partner Benefit Level Detail:
Diamond - $10,000.00
● Your company name and logo on the WISE webpage and LinkedIn at the time sponsorship check is received through May 2013 as an official Diamond Level WISE Sponsor Partner.
● Highlighted Featured vendor (bold and larger type font) in the WISE Resource Guide.
● Acknowledgement of sponsorship on the welcome sign that will be posted inside the WISE Networking Event and Lounge during the operating hours of the days it will be open.
● Distribution of a press release indicating your level of support of WISE.
● Preparation and distribution of an article regarding WISE events at PDC, which will specifically include quotes from the sponsoring organizations.
● Your company name and logo during the presentation opening of our networking event.
● Your company name and logo included as an official WISE Sponsor in the post-PDC WISE newsletter, A Word to the WISE.
● The opportunity to display your company’s promotional materials at the WISE networking event and in the WISE lounge.
● The opportunity to give a 5-minute presentation regarding your company at the WISE networking event (live or via pre-recorded video messaging).
Platinum – $5,000.00
● Your company name and logo on the WISE webpage and LinkedIn as an official Platinum Level Sponsor Partner at the time sponsorship check is received through 90 calendar days following the PDC.
● Highlighted Featured vendor (bold and larger type font) in the WISE Resource Guide.
● Acknowledgement of sponsorship on a welcome sign that will be posted inside the WISE Networking Event and Lounge during the operating hours of the days it will be open.
● Distribution of a press release indicating your level of support of WISE.
● Preparation and distribution of an article regarding WISE events at PDC, which will specifically include quotes from the sponsoring organizations.
● Your company name and logo during the presentation opening of our networking event.

Additionally, we have successfully launched an electronic Resource Guide in which WISE Sponsor Partners will be prominently featured. The WISE Resource Guide is an electronic compilation of women-owned or operated businesses in or related to the SH&E profession as well as suppliers of SH&E-related goods and services designed specifically for women. (Corporate and individual sponsors, who do not offer products, will be featured in a special section of “featured” sponsor partners.)
