§ Ms. Margaret Jackson

The consummate management consultant is an International Finance Corporation (IFC) Business Edge Master Trainer and Assessor using training to deliver solutions in the areas of HR and Soft Skills. She holds an MBA (speciality HR) and a first degree in Sociology with Economics from the University of Ghana.

Margaret Jackson has over 21 years experience in senior management of various organisations spanning textile manufacturing, management consulting, micro-finance and a Coalition of NGOs in Water and Sanitation (CONIWAS). She is a Organisational Development Specialist with consulting experience with SMEs, start-up organisations, NGOs and NGO Networks. Margaret is also a Managing Partner of Rainbow Consult delivering business solutions in HR, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurial development and Information Technology.
