SASSI EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SASSI is a small, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, professional services firm founded in 1988, primarily as a training company for security professionals who are responsible for protection of national security information and as a provider of integrated security solutions (ISS).
For over twenty-eight years, our mission has been to provide expert security services to members of the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and the Defense Industrial Base. We also provide expert security and infrastructure training and solutions through the National Security Training Institute (www.nstii.com), also known as NSTi, which is the fee-for-service division of SASSI.
SASSI has been successful in all aspects of training due to our expert instructors and our capable support staff. SASSI works closely with customers to deliver time-tested, relevant, off-the-shelf training which we can customize at little or no cost. We bring a unique perspective to the classroom that combines theory based lectures with interactive, hands-on exercises that optimize the student’s experience. Students are set up in teams to foster a sense of community and sometimes friendly competition between teams. This approach enables and encourages students to network and participate more fully. Greater participation leads to more effective learning.
Our experienced instructors come from a variety of Government agencies and Industry associates. A natural offshoot to our security training services is our security consulting services. Our success in providing innovative solutions to our clients is built on the foundation of the following project management elements and established processes:
· Assign highly qualified, cleared and motivated personnel to project teams
· Remain proficient in emerging security trends through active community involvement
· Communicate effectively with clients, partnering to achieve client goals
· Thorough and accurate documentation, aligned with client and program requirements
· Ensure program improvement through continuous monitoring and feedback
