Full Project Management

At this service level, RPM will apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements. RPM will apply and integrate project management processes to complete the project on schedule, budget, and within scope. RPM will have full authority and responsibility over all aspects of the approved project plan at this service level.

Review

This level combines consultation on planning with control responsibilities. RPM will provide all of the services described in the consult level and also act as a reviewer. RPM will monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and scope. This will include providing recommendations for preventative and corrective actions to ensure a quality project. RPM is not responsible for executing the project plan or corrective and preventative actions; this will be the responsibility of the functional manager.

Consult

At this level, RPM will provide consultation on planning the project. RPM will provide guidance and facilitate the development of the project schedule, budget, scope, risk register, resource plan, communication plan, procurement plan, quality plan, change control, and integration (as needed). Once project planning is complete so is RPM’s responsibility. RPM will not be responsible for the execution of the project plan at this service level.
